Multi-award winning children's author Daniel Cramton is a faith-driven writer whose name, rooted in Hebrew, means “God is my judge” — a truth that shapes his life and purpose. He finds deep peace and strength in knowing that the Judge is also his friend. With a heart committed to honoring God, he lives by the belief that he is saved to serve. All credit, glory, and honor, he humbly affirms, belong to the One to whom he belongs. Daniel is a word smith. Daniel Cramton, a fresh voice in the world of children’s literature, is on a mission to promote biblical literacy among young readers and improve their understanding of God’s character through storytelling. His debut book, “Seeking the Lost: Sheep” (published by WestBow Press), is a heartfelt adaptation of the parable of Jesus found in Luke 15 illustrating God’s relentless love and grace for those who stray. Through epic artwork and rhyme, it shows the story of how God actively seeks out the lost and rejoices when they are found as he offers forgiveness and salvation despite their mistakes.

“I want readers to feel the pursuit of God’s love, the compassion He has for wayward souls, and be encouraged with hope because God understands our position and is sympathetic to our cause,” Cramton said. “Many see God as a stern God of justice demanding perfection and when we fall short we are left with guilt and shame, but I want people to take to heart that while God is perfect and perfection will come, He wants progress not perfection and He is the one that makes those changes in us. ‘By beholding we become changed.’”

In a world where many are searching for meaning, connection and hope, “Seeking the Lost: Sheep” offers a timeless and transformative message of God’s love. While rooted in scripture, the book’s message is presented in a way that connects with readers regardless of age. Our Journey Towards Storytelling Excellence

My name is Daniel Cramton, and this ministry was born out of a simple, burning desire: to make the profound parables of Jesus accessible to everyone—from the youngest child to the skeptical teenager, and across every culture and language. As an author, I aim to create stories that captivate and inspire. My passion for storytelling drives me to craft unique characters and worlds that leave a lasting impact on readers.

Through the Seeking the Lost poetry series and my music project, Remnant Rhythms, my goal is to spread the Good Word in a way tha1t touches the heart, engages the imagination, and sticks in the soul.

I believe these stories are meant to be given away, not just sold. Your partnership allows me to go beyond the bookstore counter and take these messages directly to the people who need them most—often for free. Here is what your generosity is already accomplishing:

  • International Expansion: Thanks to past supporters, books have already traveled to the Philippines (where one donor sent them to local schools!), Hawaii, Korea, and even sparked interest for a Spanish translation to distribute throughout Central America.

  • Giving to the "Have-Nots": At a recent event, a young girl passed by my booth with no money. I gave her a book anyway. Later that day, she made clay figurines to sell to passersby and came back with enough to pay for it herself! Your donations help me give books to children like her who wouldn't otherwise have access.

  • Reaching the Skeptical: One 18-year-old strolled by saying poetry was "below his level." I challenged him to hear just a few minutes. By the end, he was leaning forward, captivated by the rhyme and rhythm of God's Word—and he bought a copy. Donations help me attend these events and plant seeds in hearts that seemed closed off.

The vision is to create a full ecosystem of faith-based art—books, music, and poetry—that speaks to the modern world without losing the ancient truth.

To ensure the quality and reach of this work remains high, we need resources. These donations go directly toward:

  • Printing and shipping books for international missions (like the Philippines and Central America).

  • Offering free copies to church libraries, school libraries, and underprivileged children.

  • Translating the series into other languages so no one is left out.

  • Supporting the production of more music and future volumes in the series.
